For fuel prices, we charge the city average according to Gas Buddy and EIA. For delivery charges, it ranges between $30-$100 per trip/occurance depending on location, consumption and time at your location.

We offer Unleaded regular (87-octane) and Diesel.

We double-filter our fuel and triple the minimum detergent levels required by the EPA.

We fill your fleet during your downtime 7 days a week.

Our trucks have approved Weights and Measures pumps, just like the ones at gas stations. Our pumps are regularly calibrated to make sure we deliver the correct quantity every time.

We accept all credit cards, ACH and fuel cards. Your fleet can also be set up for weekly invoicing.

Yes, we can accept all fuel cards for payments to keep your existing infrastructure in tact. This includes Wex cards, FuelMan cards and any other fuel card you provide us.

We send weekly fuel logs to our customers showing exactly how many gallons were dispensed into each vehicle per day. We can break consumption data down by department, location or divisions. We can also provide data on mileage and miles per gallon per vehicle.

Instafuel meets and exceeds all safety regulations and requirements. Our fuel trucks are Department of Transportation permitted and all of our drivers carry Commercial Drivers Licenses with Hazmat Endorsements. We train our drivers according to a strict Spill Prevention and Containment Plan and carry multiple insurance policies to cover our complete line of business.
